Join The Church For Humanists

The mission of any church is to facilitate the lives of its parishioners, console them, uplift them, and create a community. Theistic (god-based) churches have done that successfully for a long time. Their approach works for people who believe in the supernatural, see themselves as inferior, avoid responsibility, and believe in a free lunch. I, for one, think that the concept is brilliant. It has only one flaw. You can’t be a believer and a rational individual, at the same time.

Let’s be honest. Comfort at any cost is fake. False hope can be dangerous. The sacrifice of reason is a high price to pay for belonging. Hence the Church for Humanists.

The Holistic Church for Humanists (or non-believers, if you will) preaches the opposite:

• no supernatural being will protect you

• no supernatural being will take care of you

• no supernatural being will make your dreams come true

• no supernatural being will take responsibility for your actions

• no supernatural being will bail you out

• no supernatural being can excuse your wrong-doing

It’s all on YOU and you CAN handle it!

 

The Holistic Church for Humanists isn’t here for the sole purpose of making you feel good (that’s what chocolate is for!) but to tell you the truth.

YOU have the power:

• to protect yourself

• to take care of yourself

• to create a great life for yourself

• to make your dreams come true

• to take responsibility for your actions

• to make a difference

• to be relevant

When you face an existential crisis or need to mark a life-changing occasion, god may – or may not – be there for you. You, other people, and the Earth will be there to the extent you invested in them.

The Holistic Church for Humanists does the job of a church – not by riding on the coattails of a supernatural being – by empowering YOU.

The choice is yours. Park your reason at the entrance and pray in god’s church; stand alone; or join the Holistic Church for Humanists and THRIVE.

The cost of being Holistic Church for Humanists Congregation member is $10 a month, about the cost of 2 cups of cappuccino at Starbucks. You’ll drink the cappuccino and forget it. You’ll invest in your inner wellness and your life will continuously improve.
